Project Summary
Working in conjunction with Seda, this project is an extension of an existing shopping centre. Works will consist of a new underground CO monitoring system, PAC units for the main common areas as well as a VRF system for the small tenancies. This project is part of the Gungahlin Marketplace extension. Kmart is the new major tenant in the extension consisting of PAC units and a VRF system for their both areas.
