This project involves a full refurbishment of building 6 including new tutorial rooms and office space. There will be new constant volume air handling units and a chiller installed and a revamp of some other AHU’s and the boilers. We will be reusing the main plant in Building 11 and repurposing the interiors from computer spaces to lab spaces. In both of these buildings we will be doing BMCS, EMS, Medicinal electrical, asset management and various other integrations.
