Project Summary
Contracted to Ellis Air-conditioning, Alerton will be performing the BMS upgrades and mechanical services for this 18 storey, open plan office building. Part of the base building interior upgrades includes the installation of new chillers to serve the tower floors as well as replacement of the existing BMS to improve the efficiency, monitoring capabilities and control strategies for the building.
