Project Summary
Contracted by Ascot Air Conditioning, Alerton will be providing the BMS upgrade of the building. This project involves the base building upgrade to a 17 storey tower in the Brisbane CBD. The works include the main entry foyer, foyers on each level, upgrades to terraces, amenity upgrades and AC and electrical upgrades. Alerton are also currently negotiating to take the main plant over.
