New Project: 115 Gawler Place

Collaboration between AA/LEA and Conservia has seen the confirmation of an extensive package of work for the Adelaide office at an existing multi storey commercial office tower on Adelaide.

The Project will deliver new chillers for the 30+ year old building, which will undergo a major refurbishment over the coming 18 month period. The package of work includes new high efficiency chillers, a replacement of the existing pneumatic controls for the thermal plant, and the integration of an existing third party BMS system serving the 14 tenancy levels. We will also install and commission a Tenant Electrical Energy Metering system throughout the building, linked to the Optergy head end, with the project targeting a significant uplift from the current 2.5 NABERS rating. The project included multi-year ongoing scheduled maintenance for the upgraded BMS system.
