New Project: 100 Brookes Street

100 Brookes Street is a 6-Story Class A Office Building located just outside of Brisbane CBD. Mechanical contractor Ascot Air & Electrical approached us to assist with their "Design & Construct" bid for the DXC Technology Fit-out of 2 and 1/2 floors at this address. Due to this early partnership, we were able to help them secure the project as the sole select Mechanical Services Contractor, with our comprehensive BMS control scope of work factored into the project budget up front.

The project consists of the following BMS scope of works:

• Recommission and Air Balance 49 Existing VAV controllers
• Supply, Install and Commission 4 new VAV controls
• Full DDC Controls of 10 new Water Cooled, Ducted AC Units complete with Microset wall controllers, full heating and cooling control and demand control Outside Air ventilation
• Control and Monitor 18 new Variable Refrigerant AC units via BACnet High Level Interface and provide additional CO2 sensing and Outside Air ventilation control to 9 of these units via DDC controllers
