We have a centralised remote customer support network that allows us to control building management systems and energy services on customer sites 24/7 from our head office. Alerton Australia also has a regional network of fully-trained personnel throughout Australia.

On-site/remote technical services include:

  • review building energy performance
  • building management system review and problem resolutions, modifications, controls strategies updates
  • BMS service/upgrades: integrated building controls, access controls, security systems, CCTV systems
  • energy audits for best technology upgrades to achieve better energy performance
  • energy metering upgrades, measurement and verifications (M&V), and
  • lighting systems integrations/efficient lighting system upgrades.
