Stanhope Town Centre in Sydney - MIRVAC Project was completed in November 2003. In addition to provision of an ISO standard compliant system (BACnet) the special requirement was for Alerton to install a state of the art SMS text messaging via the Alerton system to any mobile phone to allow tenant high/low temperature and unit fault status capturing.
