Halls Head Shopping Center is a new CENTRO shopping center with numerous different retail tenants. It comprises 6,000 square meters of floor space in total including 3,750 square meter major - retailer action supermarket.

20 off VAV terminal units were installed in the building, together with 2 off variable volume AHUs, DX cooling plant and AC units. Demand based control strategies were put in place.
