Darling Island  is  a 4.5 Star commercial office building that consists of a BACnet high level interface to the Access control system for after hours air conditioning initiation. This project for Mirvac (builder) is the most prestiges and sophisticated project carried out by Alerton. Alerton provided the DDC, Access Control and CCTV which ensured a complete inter-operable system.   The building consists of 304 x VAV’s, 2 x boilers, 2 x chillers, 14 x AHU’s and CO sensors within the carpark. The project was completed in February 2006.
