SGIO Head Office building is located on Colin St, West Perth. This office building houses the head offices of SGIO.

175 off VAV terminal units were installed in the building, together with 10 off Variable Volume AHUs, 30 off fan coil units, chilled water plant and car park exhaust. Demand based control strategies were put in place.
