Dumas House is a 14 level office complex opposite Kings Park, Perth. Installed in the early 70s, the air conditioning was constant volume dual duct.

Each dual duct mixing box was converted to two independent VAVs, operating in a pressure independent manner. This allowed the system pressure to be reduced from 950Pa to 250Pa.

This office building houses some very sensitive tenants, ie public servants including numerous members of parliament.
