225 St Georges Terrace is a 19 level office building located on St Georges Terrace, Perth.

This office building houses a number of high profile tenants, including the building owner and the facility managers.

The building was retrofited with a new system, which included upgrade of 388 off VAV terminal units, 23 off variable volume AHU’s, chilled water plant and cooling towers and provided energy management and monitoring.

Project management was the key to scheduling the works in a fully occupied building, while not impacting on the tenants comfort conditions. The installation was carried out both during office hours and after hours as required.
