The 5, 800 square meters Innovation Building is the first of the 200,000 square meters Digital Harbour, development. The Innovation Building comprises of 2 AHU's, 10 FCU's and 88 VAV system as well as lift and lighting interfaces. The second stage of this development is the Podium Building. The total development of this site will see residential, commercial office and retail space.

The port 1010 Building commenced July 2005 and is scheduled for completion in December 2006. It  is a premium technology building in a high-tech precinct for leading edge technology companies. Home to larger commercial technology tenants that will provide support services and opportunity for the development of start up companies. The building has chillers, chw hhw pumps, boilers, AHU's, VAV boxes, packaged units, fans and lifts.
