The new Holden Headquaters also known as HQ191 is a three- story building with two full height atriums linked to the multistory car-park. With 20, 400 square meters of office space, all 1,500 Holden Headquaters staff are located on the one site. The system includes control of 16 AHU's, 3 cooling towers, 52 FCU's, 220 VAV's, 15 PAC's and interfaces to lifts, lighting, security, EWIS, generators and electrical.
