BACtalk building automation equipment was installed over 32 Floors of  Sydney Central. The system runs on the internet backbone installed by Alerton and provides control and monitoring of: air-conditioning, mechanical services, external lighting and gas, electricity, water consumption, cctv, as well as security and access control.
