Retail – Watergardens Town Centre

Project: Watergardens Town Centre, Taylors Lakes, Vic

The shopping and town centre stage 2 development comprises of retail space of 54,000 square metres, around 240 specialty stores, homemaker centre, cinemas, and a newly located railway station.

Scope: Implementation of a fully integrated building automation system using the open BACnet® protocol. This provides event management with reporting and routing of critical alarms and events.

Status: Completed

Specs: Alerton Envision BMS suite with native BACnet® open communication platform, including:

  • chillers water plant monitoring and controls
  • exhaust system controls
  • AHU controls
  • lighting controls
  • electricity and gas consumption metering
  • energy management strategy
  • integrated security management system
  • fire alarm system integration, and
  • package air conditioners.
