Scope: Retrofitted upgrade to a legacy Siemens BAS/DDC system

Status: Completed – fast-tracked project completed in 6 months

Specs: Alerton Envision BMS suite with open native BACnet^®, Optergy™ real time energy management system, including:

• integrated building management system with field automation controllers – 940 units
• energy management
• lighting controls
• central HVAC plant
• cooling towers
• air handling units controls (AHUs) – 103 units, and
• variable air volume (VAV) units controls – 450 units
