Scope: Implementation of building management system for carbon neutral building

Specs: Integrated building management system, including:

  • integrated absorption chillers plant
  • secondary CHW pumps
  • active mass cooling/slab cooling
  • night purge operation
  • air to air heat exchanger
  • metering: water, gas and electrical
  • hydraulic and electrical services
  • halogen cabling
  • weather transmitter
  • local micro climate monitoring
  • temperature sensors in roof to monitor temperature gradients
  • rainwater harvesting and greywater treatment, and
  • renewable energy: photovoltaic panels and wind turbines.
