The Green Square towers complex in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane (QLD), comprises of 36,758m2 of net lettable area across two state-of-the-art buildings. Designed with an emphasis on energy efficiency and sustainable construction, Green Square was awarded a NABERS 5 rating and GBCA (Green Building Council of Australia) 6 star rating.

Scope: Implementation of building management system for carbon neutral green building

  • chillers plant controls
  • air handling units controls
  • Optergy™ real time energy management
  • variable air volume systems
  • indoor air quality monitoring
  • integrated lighting controls
  • co-generation, and
  • rainwater harvesting.
