Graduate program

Alerton Australia offers a 2 year Graduate Controls Engineer program. Entry is usually as a controls engineer for graduates from mechanical, electrical, electronic and mechatronic engineering disciplines. Our development team recruits mostly from computer science or programming backgrounds. You will work in each of the main business areas: as project engineer, service engineer and also with the sales team. The graduate program leads to roles as project engineers, service engineers, with the sales team, or with the emerging energy services team.
